We believe the skills and strategies of psychology can help everyone live happier, kinder, and braver lives - not just people who are in therapy.

That’s why we created this online space - to help bring the science and skills of positive psychology and health psychology to you in a real and human way.

Dr Candice Tribe, MAPS

Clinical & Health Psychologist

​​Candice is passionate about exploring, understanding and teaching the power of personal values and daily habits. Combine that passion with a keen interest in people, problem solving, and boosting joy and kindness, and you will see why she was destined to be a psychologist! She has worked as a Clinical and Health Psychologist in a range of settings, including private practice for over a decade. She is excited about helping people to thrive and live their best lives, whatever that means for them. 

Dr Lauren Hamilton, MAPS

Health Psychologist

​​Lauren had one of those “lightbulb moment” conversations while working on a boat in the Whitsundays where she found her calling to be a Health Psychologist. She loves that scientists study happiness and wellbeing and wanted to take this knowledge out into the world to help people live happier, healthier lives. Lauren has over 10 years experience as a registered psychologist in a variety of health and corporate settings and has contributed to articles on a range of media platforms. Lauren has her own private practice in Brisbane.
